Art Gallery Le Papillon

FROM APRIL 4TH TO MAY 5TH 2019, IN THE HALLS OF THE BULGARIAN CULTURAL INSTITUTE - WARSAW_ a representative exhibition of the Art Gallery Le Papillon - Varna is opened. 
The exhibition, which hosts the Le Papillon Gallery in Poland, is under the title "From Collections" and is a traditional curatorial exposition for graphic - large and small format, ex-libris and drawing, which has 12 editions in consecutive years.

THE EXPOSITION IS AT THE INVITATION OF BULGARIAN CULTURAL INSTITUTE - WARSAW AND WILL PRESENT A SPECIAL SELECTION OF NEW AND OLDER GRAPHICS AND DRAWINGS, IMPLEMENTED IN DIFFERENT GRAPHIC TECHNIQUES OF SOME OF THE BEST BULGARIAN WORLD-CLASS AUTHORS, AWARDED IN INTERNATIONAL PRESTIGIOUS COMPETITIONS WITH PERMANENT TRACES AND VIVID PRESENCE IN THE ART MAP OF BULGARIA.

For the overall performance of contemporary Bulgarian graphic art in Warsaw, 24 of the leading contemporary Bulgarian graphics have been selected, working in various graphic techniques and styles - from modern abstract works to fine graphics with fine detail. The exhibition includes both the latest works of award-winning authors, including graphic competitions in Poland, as well as older graphics of artists, symbolic for the Bulgarian artistic life, imposed outside the borders of Bulgaria.
The exposition is with the special participation of 4 bronze sculptures of the famous Bulgarian sculptor Hristo Hristov - winner of the Golden Feather award for a complete contribution to the development of Bulgarian culture. In one exposition it is difficult to capture the richness of Bulgarian graphic art, but the selection presents worthy Bulgarian artists with wide international recognition. The accents in this exposition are professionally implemented large format graphics and works selected from many works of world-class artists with high painting skills, all awarded with more than one awards in international prestigious forums in the techniques: etching, lithography, dry needle, alphabet, mezzotinto, aquatint, serigraphy, digital printing, as well as drawing acrylic and oil pastel.
